Setup Guide
After support has confirmed that setup has been completed on ValuePRO's end, you will receive a series of emails detailing 'DNS records' that need to be added for our email integration to work correctly. Please pass these on to the person / team responsible for managing your mailing service. Doing so is required for email notifications to be sent / received.
The steps below outline how a master user should customise
2. Now log into your ValuePRO site through the VPX portal and navigate to the admin menu.
Click 'Preview Next Generation & Administration'
Navigate to the 'Modules' configuration page.
Proceed to select the 'Quote Service' module page. If it shows as 'Inactive' please contact ValuePRO support immediately as setup has not been complete.
3. Once open, you will be faced with a screen like so.
Tooltips are present for each field on hovering over the field name. The Api Key field can be used for external integrations (admin.sitename.com/api endpoint).
If you wish to preview changes to the styling section simply click preview at the top right of the page and select an email from the dropdown. Don't forget to save these changes once done!
