Buttons
This section explains the functions for the buttons available on the Leases tab:
1. Add Lease Evidence
Clicking on the Add Lease Evidence button on the Leases tab (1) will open the Lease Evidence window (2) which allows the user to search the lease database and link leases as lease evidence to a job.
For more information, see the Lease Evidence window section.
2. Add Subject Leases
Clicking on the Add Subject Lease button on the Leases tab (1) will open the Lease Evidence window (2) which allows the user to search the lease database and link subject leases as lease evidence to a job.
For more information, see the Lease Evidence window section.
3. [ X ]
The [ X ] button (1) appears next to each lease evidence and subject lease that is attached to the job. Clicking this button (1) will prompt the user with the message:
Are you sure you want to remove this lease from the report? The lease itself will not be removed from the database. This action cannot be undone.
To confirm and un-link the specific lease as lease evidence or a subject lease from the job, click the OK button (2), otherwise click the Cancel button (3) to stop the removal process.
NOTE: This button will not delete the lease record, it simply removes the link between the lease and the job. The lease record will still be available in the lease database.
