Overview
The Analysis tab is a ValuePRO Tab that provides the user with a pre-defined analysis model which uses data entered into the Job card to assist the valuer with the calculation of the Market Value of the property.
There are 2 analysis models available for selection to use within ValuePRO: Fixed Field Analysis and Flexible Field Analysis. The default analysis model being the Fixed Field Analysis.
To open the analysis of a job, press the Analysis button on the job card or in the WIP tab column
Note: The Analysis tab is a standard ValuePRO tab and no fields should be added manually to this tab in the DET editor. We recommend you use it as is, or create your own analysis model on your own Data Entry Template
