Valuations Tab

Overview

The QA Valuations tab provides the user with value and area information for the subject property beside a list of all valuations within the same Suburb that are present in ValuePRO. This allows users to quickly compare the subject property to other valuations within the system.

The list of valuations available on this view are separated into two distinct sections:

  2. Comparative Valuations Section

1. Subject Property Section

The Subject Property Section displays data sourced from the Job card and displayed in editable fields along the top of the list of valuations. The editable fields allow the user to quickly adjust any values should they wish based on comparable data that they view below.

The columns and fields displayed are as follows:

  1. Land $/m2 - Displays the subject property rate per square metre in an editable field based on the calculation: Land Value - Existing (ELandValue) / Site Area (SiteArea)
  2. Land m2 - Displays the subject property Site Area (SiteArea) value in an editable field
  3. Land Total $ - Displays the subject property Land Value - Existing (ELandValue) value in an editable field
  4. Improvements $/m2 - Displays the subject property rate per square metre in an editable field based on the calculation: Improvements - Existing (EMainBuilding) / Living Areas (LivingAreas)
  5. Improvements m2 - Displays the subject property Living Areas (LivingAreas) value in an editable field
  6. Improvements Total $ - Displays the subject property Improvements - Existing (EMainBuilding) value in an editable field
  7. Total $ - Display the subject property Market Value - Existing (EMarketValue) value in an editable field
  8. Valuer - Displays the name of the Valuer allocated to the job

2. Comparative Valuations Section

The Comparative Valuations Section displays data sourced from a set of jobs that have been completed in ValuePRO within the same Suburb and State as the subject property.  

The columns displayed are as follows:

  1. Land $/m2 - Displays the rate per square metre based on the calculation: Land Value - Existing (ELandValue) / Site Area (SiteArea)
  2. Land m2 - Displays the Site Area (SiteArea) value
  3. Land Total $ - Displays the Land Value - Existing (ELandValue)
  4. Improvements $/m2 - Displays the rate per square metre based on the calculation: Improvements - Existing (EMainBuilding) / Living Areas (LivingAreas)
  5. Improvements m2 - Displays the Living Areas (LivingAreas) value
  6. Improvements Total $ - Displays the Improvements - Existing (EMainBuilding) value
  7. Total $ - Display the Market Value - Existing (EMarketValue) value
  8. Valuer - Displays the name of the Valuer allocated to the job

Clicking on the Save Changes button will save any changes made to any of the editable fields on the Valuations tab.
