Switch how you view Tabs
After tapping on a Job to be displayed in the mobile application, the Tabs associated with the Job are displayed in the Tab section of the screen.
The options
The list of Tabs associated with a job can be displayed in either an Icon format or Table view.
How to change it
To switch between views use one of the switch modes in the settings of your app.
Click on Tab style.
In Icon View, the Tabs are displayed as Icons arranged in groups.
The first group is a standard set of Tabs.
Sub Objects
The second group is a set of Tabs that relate to subObjects, which are Areas or Rooms that can have multiple occurrences.
Tapping on an Icon will display the fields for that Tab.
If a subObject has no instances then it will have a plus Icon at it's top right. Tapping on the Icon will create a new instance on that subObject.
If a subObject already has an instance that already exists then a down arrow is displayed at it's top left. Tapping on the Icon will scroll the grid of Icons to display the existing subObjects.
In the figure below, the subObject Internal has been clicked.
This grid display is scrolled so that all subObjects of type Internal are displayed.
If more subObjects of this type are required, then tapping on the plus symbol will create further instances of the subObject.
To delete a subObject, tap the minus button below the grid of Icons. The display will switch into "Delete" mode.
In delete mode each subObject that exists display a minus sign to it's top left. Tapping on the subObject will delete it.
Once you have removed the required subObjects, you may tap the "Done" button above the grid of Icons to revert to "Edit" mode.
When the Tabs are in Table view you can Show or Hide subObjects by tapping of the arrow next to the list entry.
Tapping on a list Item will display the fields for the selected Tab.
In Table view there are 2 Icons below the List of Tabs that allow you to Create and Delete subObjects.
Tapping the Plus Icon will take you to Add mode.
Tapping the Minus Icon will take you to Delete mode.
When in "Add" mode, to create a new subObject tap on the green plus icon next to the subObject Type you wish to create.
Once you have added the required subObjects, you may tap the "Done" button above the List of Tabs to revert to "Edit" mode.
When in "Delete" mode tap the Red Minus icon to delete a subObject.
Once you have deleted the required subObjects, you may tap the "Done" button above the list of Tabs to revert to "Edit" mode.
