The sales details screen occupies the whole screen and is split into 2 sections. The Left Hand section shows Some Details for the Job & Sale being Editied and the list of Sales tabs in either Icon view or Table view.
The Right hand section shows the details for the currently selected tab.

Depending on how your instance is set up, there can be any number of Sales SubObject types, in the screenshot above, there is one Sale SubObject Type.

Sale Header information
This contains a Photo (if available) the Address of the sale and if the sale is comparable. Tapping on the Photo will display the Photo Tab for the Sale. Tapping on the Include as Comparable will set the Sale is comparable or not.
Sale Details Fields The fields that are defined for the Sales tab are displayed here.Each field can be edited in the same way as fields on the Job Tabs.
Some fields may be defined as comparable fields. For these fields if the Sale is not comparable they will not be editable and be greyed out.
Like the job Tabs View the Sales Tabs can be viewed in Icon or Table View mode.
Adding subObjects works in the same way that Job Tabs work.
In the screenshots 4 Sales Development subObjects have been added.
Add New Sale
When adding a new Sale the Sale Details tab is displayed with the details of a blank sale.
The Address, Sale Date & Price should be entered followed by any other data that is relevant.
Geocoding a New Sale
To geocode a new sale when entering the address field use the “Update Location using Map" button.
This will display Update Location using map screen
Tapping on the map will move the red pin to the point tapped and display the address in the Marker Address field and the Latitude & Longitude.
Tapping Save will update the Latitude & Longitude of the Address. Tapping Save & Close will Save the Latitude & Longitude and close the screen, returning to the Edit Address screen.
Tapping done will exit without updating the Latitude & Longitude.
Note if no fields of the address have been entered and a new sale is being created then the Address fields will be updated with the Marker Address.
Sales Map
Tapping on the Map button will display a list of Sales and a Map showing the location of the Sales.
The List of Sales is shown on the left hand matches the list of Sales from the previous screen. It is possible to toggle between “Search Sales” and “Selected Sales”.
Tapping on the arrow will display the sales details for the Sale.
The subject job is shown with a Red Pin.
The sales are split into sections where each section is a Sales Types, in this case Residential & Rural.
You may select & de-select Sales in the table on the left hand side in the same way as you can with the standard Sales Evidence screen.
To Search for an address, enter a partial address in the search field and press the Magnifying Glass.
This will narrow the list of sales to just those sales that match the partial address as shown below
Tapping on the Sort Icon will display the Sort Options. (See the section “Changing the Sort Order of Sales” section above for details)
If the Sales is not geocoded it will not appear in the Sales Map.
Exapanding/Contracting the Sales Map
Tapping on the Expand/Contract button in the bottom left corner of the map will toggle the map between Full Screen and part screen mode.
Tapping on the Folded Map Icon at the bottom right of the map will toggle between Cartographic mode and Aerial mode.
Tapping on the pin Icon will highlight the sale that is nearest to the users crrent location.
Tapping on the Show Sales Type legend displays the legends for each sale type.
Tapping on the Sales type in the legends allows you to change hide/show the Sales of that type, or change the colour of that Sales Type.
Tapping on an individual sale will centre the Sale and display a callout showing some details of the Sale.
Tapping on the Go To Sale button will display the Sale Details.
