This workflow is used to acknowledge that physical documents for collection have actually been collected by the valuer.
Users will need to fill in the required comments and save the changes. Now press Send button to trigger the email window. Select Document Collected event from the first drop down and then click on Send button. This should update VMS system with the comments specified in the comments field.
