Fee Change Response

This workflow update is usually generated when the client has responded to a fee change request in the VMS system.

The update the Fee Change Response field with the fee change comment to advise if the fee change request was approved or rejected along with the clients comment. The Agreed Fee field is also updated with the agreed fee amount. If the fee change request was approved, this will be the new job fee. A note is also logged in the job history.
