Accessing Client Portal

Client Portal gives clients the ability to view the jobs they ordered. 

CLIENT ACCESS

1. Select the Client you want to allow access by going to Clients. Open their Client Card by selecting them and under the Details tab, look for:

Allocate an access Email and Password for the selected client and then tick “Online Report Access”

 

2. The client now have access to the client portal (admin.yourvalueprourl/clientaccess)

3. Once logged in, the client can see their pending and completed jobs

4. To allow documents to be seen by clients, open the main job card go to the Documents tab -> select the Document you want to be shown -> on the top right there’s a drop down option, toggle to Attributes -> check “Allow Client Access”

5. Allowed documents can now be seen on the client portal
