Background
The Due Date in ValuePRO is important to add to your DETs as it allows the software to highlight jobs over this due date and visually aid in displaying jobs that are overdue in red.
Tip: You can always manually change the due date on the job card. Your Master user needs to add the DueDate field on the Data Entry Template for your team to adjust it from the Job card.
Due Date Configuration
To modify the automatic difference between the the 'Date In' and the 'Date Due' of a job, master users have the ability to modify the "Services Level - Number of Days before Job is considered Past Due" setting as shown below:
This setting simply allows them to modify the number of days between the two dates.
Note: Some older versions of the software has a selection list only and cannot default to any amount of days. Please talk to our team if you have a specific requirement you cannot setup yourself.
