When your system is set up by our team, they create a set of assets from your logo provided in a jpg format to be used under the Appearance tab under Settings.
These Logos forms part of the software and is used in email templates, invoices etc throughout the system.
When you need to update your logo, simply navigate to Settings --> Appearance Tab.
Right click the image you want to replace, save it to your computer, and use that sizing as a guide to re-upload a refreshed image.
Obviously, if you have a logo in your report templates, you will have to download your latest copies from ValuePRO and update that Word Report with the latest version of your logo too. (Depending on how they were authored, this may be dynamic.)
Your master user may know all the details of where to update this, but here is some possible places in the software where your logo may need updating:
- Report Templates
- Email Templates
- Custom Reports
- Office card
- Documents like Terms and conditions, attachments etc.
