How the ValuePRO Risk fields (built in) works
There are defined risk fields already built into ValuePRO and are working together to show the risk level slide scale, and based on the selection, open up a comment box to describe the risk further.
Your Master user most likely built them into a Risk tab for your data entry template. When you enter data about a property and the risk selection looks like the below, your template builder made use of the standard ValuePRO fields for setting risk.
How to change the height of the comment fields
If you ever wondered why the risk comment boxes were a set size and not changeable, they were part of a set of fields defined in the back end only. We updated the comment boxes to be height adjustable from their field cards in the front end.
Many valuers asked us to be able to have these risk comment boxes larger. The ValuePRO defined field list shown below that can now be adjusted by your master user should you want them higher.
The fields above marked in blue are the comment fields.
When editing the field card, set the "height" to adjust the size.
(You will note the "width" cannot be changed and is tied to the ratings columns.)
Editing fields are for master users only.
See our knowledge base for more information on editing fields.
