Account Disabled - How to Re-Enable a Disabled Account

The following error may be presented after a number of incorrect login attempts.

"Maximum incorrect login attempts reached. Your account has been temporarily disabled, please contact your Master User for further assistance.

Steps Required

1. As a Master User - Select the Valuers Tab
   
   
   
   
2. Select the disabled Valuers account from the list shown
   
   
3. Check the Enable User check-box
   
   
   
   
   
4. Reset the users password if needed, and get the user to try sign in again.
