Introduction
ValuePRO now works best on Microsoft Edge using Internet Explorer (IE) Mode. This guide will walk you through the setup process for both individual users and IT administrators.
Step 1 – Run the Edge Helper Application (For End Users)
Download the Edge Helper Application from your ValuePRO Support page.
Edge Helper Tool-
Extract (Unzip) the file by right-clicking and selecting Extract All...

Run the Edge Helper Application file.
If Windows Defender blocks it, click More Info → Run Anyway.
Enter your ValuePRO URL when prompted (e.g., admin.mortgagevaluer.com).
Close all Edge windows, reopen Microsoft Edge, and log in to ValuePRO.
Step 2 – Configure via Group Policy (For IT Administrators)
For organisations, IT admins can enforce IE Mode across all machines via Group Policy.

Enable Internet Explorer Integration
Open Group Policy Editor → Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Microsoft Edge.
Configure Internet Explorer integration and set it to IE Mode.

Configure Enterprise Mode Site List
In Group Policy Editor, configure the Enterprise Mode Site List with your ValuePRO domain.

Add ValuePRO to Trusted Sites
Navigate to: Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Internet Explorer → Internet Control Panel → Security Page.
Add ValuePRO URL to Trusted Sites with value = 2.
Step 3 – Test and Verify
Open Microsoft Edge and log in to ValuePRO.

Go to edge://compat/iediagnostic in the Edge address bar.
This will indicate whether IE Mode is functioning correctly
