If a team member is unable to log in, Master Users can reset their password in just a few steps.
Locate the Valuer
Navigate to Valuers in the main menu.
Select the team member whose password you want to reset.
Open their Valuer Card.
Update the Password
Find the ValuePRO Password field.
Enter the new password.
💡 Tip: You can also reset a password from Security → Authorised Users.
Notify the User
The valuer will need to update this new password in all places where they access ValuePRO:
