Enable Imported Users
If ValuePRO imported your data, many accounts may already exist. You just need to enable them:
Go to Security → Authorised Users.
Find the user and tick Enabled to assign them a license.
Tick the correct role:
Valuer → Can be assigned to jobs
Admin → Assists with jobs but is not assigned
Master → Full admin rights (recommended 1 per 10 users)
Make sure the account has a unique email (used for activation emails).
Add a New User
If no import was done, you can create accounts manually:
Go to Security → Authorised Users → click ➕ Add New User.
If prompted with a “scripted window” warning, allow it and click again.
Enter a User ID (example: jsmi for John Smith).
Fill in key details: Full Name, Username, Password, Email.
Assign roles:
✅ Enabled → Grants login access
✅ Valuer / Admin / Master as needed
✅ Allow Roaming → If they need login access from multiple computers
Click Save Changes.
First Login Requirements
Before the user can log in, ensure:
They can access their email (for activation codes).
Edge Browser is set up with the ValuePRO Helper Tool.
Group policies (if used by your company) are applied.
On first login, they must accept Terms & Conditions.
