ValuePRO gives you the power to automatically forward your incoming administrative and sales emails directly into the application. Once diverted, these emails are processed and delivered to the ValuePRO Email Center inbox, allowing multiple users to monitor them at once.
From the Email Center, you can:
Create new valuation jobs from an email and its attachments.
Attach documents from an email to an existing valuation job.
How to Set Up Email Diverting
To set up this feature, you'll need to contact your email provider and enable a "store and forward" rule. You'll forward your primary email accounts to the dedicated ValuePRO internal email address, typically formatted as: valuations@[your ValuePRO company domain].com.
You'll still receive emails normally in your regular mail software, but now a copy will also be sent to the ValuePRO Email Center. It's best to complete this setup before your company goes live on the application.
Supported File Attachments
ValuePRO automatically processes and converts many common file types to make your workflow easier. For your security, we only support specific file types.

Executable Files (EXE, BAT, SCR, DLL, etc.) | Not Supported: These files cannot be downloaded from ValuePRO and will show as blocked in the file list for your security. |
💡 Pro Tip: Divert Photos to a Specific Job
You can send photos to a specific job by emailing photos@[your ValuePRO company domain].com. Simply use the Job number in the subject line, and the attached photos will be automatically linked to the correct job card. Just be sure to avoid strange characters in your photo filenames.
