Switching Automated Emails On or Off
Some emails are set to generate automatically when a job status is changed, or a specific change is applied.
Over time, you may want to refine these yourself, this can be easily done by going to the email template and changing the setting.
How to manage the email automation
To edit this, go to your email templates under the Templates menu (left main menu in ValuePRO)
- In Templates look under Email Templates
- Select the email template you want to enable or disable.
This opens a card like the one pictured below.
- Untick Enabled (or tick if you want it on)
- Click the Save Changes button.
Email Blacklist
Occasionally you may find your system is no longer receiving mail from a specific sender in an organisation.
Please check the Email Blacklist by navigating to the Email Center on the main left-hand navigation bar if this is the case.
Then Select the Email Blacklist tab.
If you identify the sender in the list, please select them and click the remove button.
