Email (For Files Under 20MB)
The easiest method for smaller files is to email them directly to our support team.

Cloud Storage or Web Server (For Files Under 300MB)
If your file is larger than 20MB, you can easily share it with us using an online service.
Online Services: Use a service like Hightail, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Simply share the file and provide us with the access link.
Web Server: You can also upload the file to your web server and provide us with the access instructions.
Physical Mail (For Files Over 300MB)
For very large files, or if you're unable to use a cloud service, you can mail us a physical drive.
Recommended: Send your data on a USB stick or portable hard drive via registered post or courier to our office address.
Important: Please ensure the device and any necessary cables are clearly labelled with your company's name and return address. Package it securely to prevent damage in transit.
