To search for a valuation, navigate to the ‘Search Valuations’ page.
At the top of the page, a variety of filter options will be available to select from. Enter any relevant search criteria in order to locate the valuation.
The quickest way to locate a specific job is to enter the ‘Job Number’ in the search filters.
Entering other information can help find all jobs that meet a certain criteria, for example all jobs completed in a particular suburb
Advanced Search
If the search criteria are insufficient for filtering for the job you are searching for, you can also use the ‘Advanced’ search criteria. This will allow you to search for the value of any field in a Data Entry Template, and return all jobs that meet that criteria.
This can be very useful if you would like to search jobs that meet certain conditions, for example all valuations of properties with a building area of at least a certain size:
