Admin and Master users are able to customize the search options available to valuers, and the fields displayed in the search results.
Customize Search
The ‘Customize Search’ tab of the Search Valuations page will provide a list of Data Entry Template fields that will appear in the search criteria.
To add or remove a field from the search criteria, simply check or uncheck the box and press ‘Save Changes’
These options will be added to the dropdown list of select-able search filters in the Advanced Search Criteria
In the example above, the ‘Site Area’ field has been added to the list of advanced search criteria.
Limiting Search Results for Users
You can also limit search options for valuers to only jobs they have been allocated. This can assist with maintaining the privacy and security of property information.

The Customize Display tab is used to customize which columns will display in the search results. This can be useful if there are particular fields that are more relevant for your team to search for.
To add or remove a column from the search results, simply check or uncheck the box.
