Missing Field Values
The most common compliance errors occur when mandatory field values have not been filled on the Data Entry Template
Cause: A field on the job card is empty and requires information before proceeding with submission
Fix:
Check the field indicated in the error, and enter any required information for that field.
Ensure that the job card is correctly saving after entering the data in the required field.
Reach out to ValuePRO support if you are still experiencing issues.
Suburb Not Listed in Addressing Database
ValuePRO validates the property’s address with a list of pre-defined addresses, to ensure valid addresses are submitted in final reports. This prevents typos or invalid data during submission.
Cause: The address of the subject property could not be found in the address database. This error is most common for newly added streets, or suburbs that have had re-defined post codes.
Fix:
Double check the property address entered for the valuation
Contact ValuePRO support to update the database with the address required.
Report Type
Report type validation ensures that your report meets standardised requirements, which is particularly useful when submitting reports through third-party systems such as Valex or Valocity.
Cause: The incorrect report type has been selected for this job. Valex/Valocity expect specific report types depending on the job type.
Fix:
Check the ‘Report Version’ and ‘XML Template fields on the Data Entry Template match the expected report template in Valocity / Valex

Compliance Validation Errors
Compliance Validation Errors are returned from third-party providers (such as Valex or Valocity), and can have a number of differing causes. Most commonly, compliance checks are not available for jobs that have been marked as closed or completed on Valex. However, other causes of these errors will require communication with Valex or Valocity support.
Cause: The submitted job does not pass the Valex compliance checks.
Fix:
Check the job on Valex or Valocity to ensure the job is not closed or cancelled.
Reach out to ValuePRO support, who will raise the matter with Valex/Valocity as required.
