Report generation is the process of filling in data from the Data Entry Template to the Report Template.
To generate a report:
Click the ‘Generate Report’ or ‘Print’ button on the job card
Select the report to generate from the dropdown menu
Wait for the report to generate - this may take some time depending on the size of the job
Once the report has been generated, there are a few ways to attach the report to the job:
If sending the job directly to the client, the report will be generated and attached automatically. See ‘Sending a job’
Press the ‘Add Document to Job’ button. This will attach the generated report template to the Documents tab of the job card
You can also download the generated report in PDF, Word or Excel format (where applicable). This will allow you to make any manual adjustments to the generated report in the relevant editor program.
