Keeping your brand identity consistent is vital. When it's time to update your logo, you'll need to replace the image in several places throughout the ValuePRO system to ensure your emails, invoices, and reports all reflect your current branding.
Step 1: Update the Main System Logo
Your primary logo, used for most system-generated documents like emails and invoices, is managed in your settings.
Navigate to Settings, then select the Appearance tab.
Right-click the logo you want to replace and select "Save Image As..." to download it.
Use the sizing of this downloaded image as a guide. Your new logo must match the exact dimensions to avoid distortion.
Once your new logo is prepared, right-click the old image on the page and select "Re-upload" to replace it.
Step 2: Update Your Logo in Other Locations
Your logo may be used in multiple places in the system, and some of these locations require a separate update.
Report Templates: Your logo may be embedded in your Word-based Report Templates. You will need to download the template, replace the old logo with your new one, and then re-upload the updated file.
Email Templates: If you have custom-designed email templates, you will need to update the logo within the template's code or design file.
Custom Reports: Any custom reports that display your logo will also need to be updated by a developer or system administrator.
Office Card: If you have a separate logo assigned to your office profile, you will need to update it on the Office Card screen.
Documents: Logos within documents like terms and conditions or other attachments will need to be updated manually.
