| DET | Data Entry Template |
| Data Entry Template | The layout of a job card, used to collect data entered by a user/valuer |
| RT | Report Template |
| Report Template | A document (Word or Excel) used to automatically fill data from a DET into a formatted, printable document |
| Merge Field | An input field on a DET, used to collect data to be entered into a RT |
| SubObject | A collection of Merge Fields that act as a table |
| Occupancies / Additional Occupancies | An additional / standalone buidling of a property. In ValuePro, occupancies are treated independantly from the main building, and have their own data inputs |
| Formula Field | A Merge Field setting that allows for a value to be automatically calculated in a Merge Field |
| Sales Evidence | Verified data or documentation of recent property sales used as a reference point in property valuation or market analysis. |
| Comparible Sales | Properties with similar characteristics (such as size, location, and condition) that have recently sold, used as benchmarks to estimate the value of another property. |
| Workstation | An assigned area or desk equipped with the necessary tools, systems, or equipment where an individual performs their daily work tasks. |
| Portfolio Job | A work arrangement where a professional holds multiple roles, projects, or clients simultaneously, often combining different skills and responsibilities within one career. |
| Parent/Child jobs | A job structure where the main task (parent job) is linked to one or more related subtasks (child jobs), allowing progress and dependencies to be tracked in an organized way |

| QA Card | The page used to check and verify a job card has all required fields completed with relevant data before sending/submitting the report (typically to a third party property valuation management services such as Valex/Valocity/CoreLogic) |
| Substitute Report | A document uploaded to a job card, to be used in place of the automatically generated Report Template |
| Quote Module | A feature in ValuePro used to create, manage, and send price quotations for jobs or services. |
| Lookup Table / Lookup options | Some Merge Fields have settings to select values/inputs that are pre-defined. A list of these pre-defined values is called the 'Lookup options' for that field |
| Data Source | The location accessed to fetch information for a report template. |
| Custom Report | Similar to a Report Template, these reports are automatically generated to list information for a set of all jobs, rather than just one job |
| LIXI | Lending Industry XML Initiative. The process used to submit jobs/reports to some job sources, such as VALEX, VALOCITY etc. |
| RPData / Cotality / CoreLogic | Property data and analytics platforms under CoreLogic, used for valuations, market insights, and property information |
| Sketching | The act of creating quick, rough drawings or outlines used to capture ideas, concepts, or designs. |
| Synchronisation / Sync | The process of saving a job from ValuePro IOS to ValuePro Desktop |
| ValuePro Desktop / SE / Standard Edition | The ValuePro application as accessed on a PC using a browser |
| Distro | A measuring device used by property inspectors, that can be used in conjunction with ValuePro IOS to sketch and record building measurements |
| Lazy Loading | A technique where content or resources are only loaded when they are needed, improving speed and performance. |
| Continuous Updates | The regular and ongoing delivery of new features, fixes, or improvements to keep systems or applications current. |
| Compliance Error | A mistake or issue that occurs when actions, data, or processes fail to meet required rules, standards, or regulations. |
| Diagnostic Information | A function on ValuePro IOS used for troubleshooting issues, by sending logs and information to ValuePro support |
| RebuildDB | A function on ValuePro IOS used to completely wipe and reset all local data, re-syncing the data from ValuePro to the device |
| License Key | A unique code used to activate and verify legal use of software. |
| Name Range | A defined group of cells in a spreadsheet given a specific name for easier reference. |
| Conditional Statement / VPDel Condition | A rule or expression that checks if a condition is true or false, used to control what action or result should follow. |
| Title / Property Title / Certificate of Title | A legal document proving ownership of land or property. |
| Tab | A section or label in software or a browser that organises and allows switching between different views or documents |
| Card / Window | A visual element in software that displays information or content, often in a box or separate screen, to organise tasks or data. |

| Valex | A property valuation ordering platform that connects lenders, brokers, and valuers to streamline the valuation process. |
| Valocity | A property data and valuation platform that provides digital tools, analytics, and workflows for lenders and valuers. |
| LIXI | Lending Industry XML Initiative - an organisation that develops standardised data messages for the lending industry, primarily mortgages |
| PropTrack | A real estate data and insights platform that provides analytics, research, and tools for property professionals. |
| PeopleSoft | An enterprise software system by Oracle used for managing core business functions such as human resources, finance, and operations |
| PropertyGuru | An online real estate platform used to search, list, and market properties, commonly used by agents, buyers, and sellers. |

| Authorised Users | Individuals who have been granted official permission to access and use a system, software, or resource. |
| Valuer (user) | A standard user who performs property valuations and prepares reports in the system |
| Admin (user) | A user with elevated access who manages settings, users, and system configurations |
| Master (user) | A super-user with full control and highest access rights, including administrative and system-level permissions |
| Signatory (user) | A user authorized to review, approve, and sign valuation reports before release |
| Roaming (user permission) | A setting that allows a user’s profile, data, or access rights to move with them across different devices or systems. |
| Workflow (Valex) | A defined sequence of steps or processes within Valex that guides how a task or job is created, managed, and completed. |
