Get the app on the Apple Store. Search “ValuePRO”.
Depending on whether you can migrate your data from your old device to the new one, you may need to re-enter your credentials in the app
Find your credentials
After reinstalling the app, click the Settings link at the bottom of the mobile app.
This will display all your current settings.
The Credentials section contains the user details and configuration used to connect the app to your ValuePRO database.
Note:
If data is migrated from the old device, the UserID and URL may be retained; however, the password will still need to be re-entered.
- UserID & Password should be the same credentials used for the ValuePRO Standard Edition.
- URL must be entered and can be provided by your system administrator.
