If the Enable ValuePRO Standard Job QA setting is turned on, the QA button will be visible on the job card.
Click on the QA button to open the QA Summary for the job in a new window. This window will display 3 tabs:
- Summary tab - the Summary tab displays graphs and amounts per square metre depending on the market value and site area values entered into the job by the Valuer. This allows the Valuer to review the summarised information that they have entered into the job to confirm it is appropriate before submitting the job for approval;
- Valuations tab - the Valuations tab displays a list of comparative valuations that have been completed in the same State and Suburb to allow the Valuer to compare the market value and site area values against other valuations in the same area;
- Checks tab - the Checks tab is used for job compliance checks. This tab is especially useful for Valex jobs as it performs the Valex compliance checks prior to sending the job to the Valex system and allows you to fix potential issues before sending. For non-Valex jobs, ValuePRO can add supplied internal custom compliance rules to run on this tab that are specific to your firm. For more information on how to do this, please contact ValuePRO support.
For more information on the QA checks, please see the QA Card section or click on the tab name above to view more specific information.

The Job Number of the job can usually be found as the first field on the Instructions tab of the job card or in the top right-hand corner of the job card window in brackets, next to the Property Address.

ValuePRO will perform up to 4 checks to locate any previous valuations for a property:
- Exact Address Match - This is the first check performed and will attempt to locate any other valuations that exactly match the address of the current property. It will specifically compare the Lot Number, Unit Number, Estate, Street Number, Street Name, Suburb and State. If the Perform Geocode Matching for Previous Valuations setting is turned on, it will also attempt to find other jobs that match the Latitude and Longitude co-ordinates;
- Similar Address Match - If the first check returns no matches, the second check will be performed. It will attempt to locate any valuations that have a similar address to the current property. It will specifically attempt to match the text in the Street Number, Street Name, Suburb and State fields to the text in similar fields for other jobs;
- Street, Suburb and State Address Match - If the second check returns no matches, the third check will be performed. It will attempt to locate any valuations that have a similar address to the current property. It will specifically attempt to match the text in the Street Name, Suburb and State fields to the text in similar fields for other jobs;
- Street and State Address Match - If the third check returns no matches, the fourth check will be performed. It will attempt to locate any valuations that have a similar address to the current property. It will specifically attempt to match the text in the Street Name and State fields to the text in similar fields for other jobs. The last check deliberately does not check the Suburb field to catch any address matches where the property is potentially between two different suburbs and the previous valuation may have been completed with the suburb value being different but the street and suburb remaining the same;
If there are potential matches, ValuePRO will present a list of jobs to the user. The user can either:

All default ValuePRO Data Entry Templates are setup with the Additional Occupancies & Buildings field on the Building tab of a job card. This field provides the user with access to the Add Occupancy/Building button.
This feature allows you to link a separate occupancy and/or building to the main valuation job. You can add as many occupancies as required.
Click on the Add Occupany/Building button on the job card (1) to open the New Occupany window (2). This page is very similar to the job card but the main difference is the reduced number of fields and tabs that appear in this window.
The main job data is entered directly into the job card along with the data for the main building. The New Occupancy window provides the user with a separate set of fields in a new window to allow data to be entered for the separate occupancy building specifically. This is especially useful for valuations where the job has a main building and self contained granny flat or other similar situations.
The fields that appear on the New Occupancy window are determined by the Use in Multiple Occupancies/Building Tab(s) field setting located on the Field Card (3).
If this field setting is enabled and the field is placed on the job card Data Entry Template, the field will automatically be included to appear on the New Occupancy window. You can identify if a field is enabled as the Field Card will show the text; This field can be used in multiple occupancies/buildings.
If the field setting is not enabled, although the field is on the job card Data Entry Template, it will not appear on the New Occupancy window. You can identify if a field is not enabled as the Field Card will show a button called Enable Field for use on Building Tab(s) button.
